I chose to show you all how to make a healthy shake! I decided on this because
taking a fitness course made me realize that we need to be very careful with
what we eat especially as we get older. This shake is a great energy drink before
hitting the gym or as breakfast on the go! As you can see on the video above i
took about 2 minutes making it so there are no excuses, go ahead try it, it does
not contain sugar so i dont promise it tastes amazing, but i do promise its very
healthy for you!
Ingredients: 1. 1/2 cup of oatmeal and ice
2. 1 cup of water
3. A banana
Preparation: After having all your ingredients simply put them in a blender for about 1 minute, pour into a cup and enjoy!
